Payment
All payments are made via Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, don't worry!
Paypal allows you to make a credit card payment through paypal without having
an account with them.
Shipping
Sugarland will ship to anywhere in the world! Please ensure that you enter your correct
mailing address at the checkout to avoid any problems with delivery. All
parcels are sent through Australia Post and can be tracked. All orders will be
dispatched within 1-2 days of orders being placed.
For deliveries within Australia: Parcels will be sent via Express Post unless we are offering a free shipping promotion. In this case parcels will be sent by Australian standard post.
Parcels sent by Express Post to customers within Australia, and will be delivered on the next business
day to customers who live within the next business day express post network.
For Australian customers outside of this network, please allow an extra 1-2
days for delivery. We currently charge a flat payment rate of $10 for all
Australian deliveries. This is subject to change.
For International deliveries: Parcels will be sent via Australia
Post Registered Post service and will be delivered within 10-14 days of
being dispatched (please note delivery to rural areas may need a few more
days). The shipping cost will be added to your order at the checkout. All
deliveries via registered post are trackable.
Refunds & Exchanges
Every care is taken to ensure that your Sugarland garment reaches you in pristine
condition, we have also provided the basic garment size measurements to help
you choose the correct size for you, however, if you are still unsatisfied with
your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the unworn and undamaged
garment within 14 days of delivery. The return postage will be at your cost
unless the garment is faulty. Sugarland will not be responsible for the
incorrect laundering of the garments that results in damage - please take time
to read the garment labels to ensure you launder it correctly. Please contact
